In default port-app assignment, there is a group of ports ranging from 16384 to 16403 which belong to two applications at the same time - RTP (udp only) and iChat and AOL IM (tcp and udp). The issue occurs when there is UDP traffic of a port/s within the said range.

NTA v3.10 and later versions

When ports in this range are assigned to two applications at the same moment, a port collision event is created. In the application resource, the data is shown as the application with the higher appID (iChat and AOL IM).

Remove duplicate ports assignment.
