Overview

NTA 4.0.x stops collecting NetFlow data. NTA Service requires a restart to start collecting NetFlow data again.

Environment

NTA 4.0.x

Cause 

This is a known issue in NTA 4.0.x where the NetFlow Service hangs.

Resolution

Temporary solution is to restart the NetFlow Service using the Orion Service Manager. Permanent solution is to upgrade to NTA 4.1.1 or later.
