Issue

Top XX Applications resource on the NetFlow Applications Summary view does not display routers or switches under unmonitored ports. Trying to display them results in a server error.  You can encounter this error if you log in to your Orion Web Console, select the NETFLOW tab > Apps, click Unmonitored traffic in the Top XX Applications resource to get to the NetFlow Applications Summary View and expand an application in the Top XX Applications resource there.

This issue occurs if you are using NTA 3.11 with NPM 10.5.

Cause

The server error is caused by the integration of NPM 10.5 and NTA 3.11.

Resolution

Upgrade your NPM to version 10.6.
