Overview

This article provides brief information when Orion NTA is not processing incoming NetFlow data from a PA 5020 switch running PANOS 4.1.6. The PA 5020 switch is correctly configured to export NetFlow data. Checking incoming traffic with WireShark shows that the switch is working properly and is exporting NetFlow data.

Environment

  • All NTA versions
  • PANOS 4.1.6

Resolution

Upgrading PANOS 4.1.6 to PANOS 4.1.7 resolves this issue.
