No CBQoS Data appears on the Web Console

Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when no CBQoS data appears on the web console.

The Last Received CBQoS reflects the recent time.

Environment

All NTA versions

Cause 

In general, most CBQoS policies are applied on the outgoing traffic and you will only see CBQoS data on the Egress.  

 

Therefore, it is common that the view needs to be adjusted from Ingress to Egress, or Both.

 

Please be sure to troubleshoot CBQoS fully as this details a potential issue, and does not indicate a singular cause for missing CBQoS data.

Resolution

Make the following change from the Web Console

1. Go to Settings > NTA Settings > Charting & Graphing Settings.
2. Change Default flow direction for CBQoS resources from Ingress to Egress or Both.
3. Save.

 

Note: Use the NetFlow Sources resource to validate CBQoS  column is updating. Expand the node and drill down to the correct interface that has a timestamp for CBQoS. CBQoS data is only available in  the Interface Details view.
