The version of the remote NTA Flow Storage Database server does not match the version of the NTA Main Poller. Please upgrade the remote NTA Flow Storage Database server to the same version.

Environment

  • NTA 4.2.x

Cause

  • NTA module version on FSDB(Flow Storage DB) server does not match with the NTA module on the Main poller

Resolution

  1. Download a separate NTA installer from https://customerportal.solarwinds.com (approx 50 MB file).
  2. Upgrade the Flow Storage Database to the latest version on Main and on Flow storage server.
  3. Run Orion Configuration wizard on Main Poller

To verify which remote server your Flow Storage Database is installed on, see Determine the NTA Flow Storage Database on separate server.
