NetFlow collectors are showing as DOWN

NetFlow collectors are showing as DOWN.


All versions of NTA


After migration, the old and new NetFlow collectors are showing in the Flowengines database table.


  1. Take the relevant DB backup.
  2. Open database manager and run the command Select * from Flowengines.

    The results show both the new NetFlow collectors and the old engines.

  3. Click Enable table editing.
  4. Right-click the old engines and select Delete.
