NetFlow collectors are showing as DOWN

NetFlow collectors are showing as DOWN.


All versions of NTA


After migration, the old and new NetFlow collectors are showing in the Flowengines database table.


NTA uninstalled from a poller in error


  1. Remove obsolete collectors from the DB
    1. Take the relevant DB backup.
    2. Open the database manager and run the following command, Select * from Flowengines.

      The results show both the new NetFlow collectors and the old engines.

    3. Click Enable table editing.
    4. Right-click the old engines and select Delete.
  2. Install NTA on the poller where it has been uninstalled.
