Overview

NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA)  is not showing any graphs or showing "No Data Available"

Environment

  • NTA 4.1.1 and higher

Steps

Verify if this is affecting some or all resources

  1. If this only affects some devices verify Netflow is being received by using Wireshark - Click here for guidelines
  2. If this is affecting all devices, verify the Netflow service can connect to the Netflow Flow Storage service.  If not connecting run the SolarWinds.Netflow.FastBit.Configurator.exe to reestablish the connection
  3. Make sure all Orion Services are started.
  4. Verify Netflow traffic is received in NTA port 2055 - Click here for guidelines
