This article provides brief information on the issue when NTA stops receiving NetFlow data.



NTA version 4.x



The issue is caused when port 2055 cannot be used. 


  1. Run netstat -aop udp and write down the PID using port 2055.
  2. End PID Process.
  3. Start NetFlow service.
