Getting CBQoS on Cisco ASA devices depends on IOS 12.4(4)T

Explanation:

Only Cisco ASA devices with IOS 12.4(4)T and above collect SNMP-pollable CBQoS data. Some confusion in the field occurs as a result of the fact that lower IOS versions on Cisco routers support CBQoS polling while the Cisco ASA devices do not.
