Overview

The NTA Collector service is goes online and offline every 15-30 seconds and the following error is displayed in the NTA.BusinessLayer.log:

ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.NetFlow.Service.Program - Unhandled exception: Message: Error getting engine settings for hostName=solarwinds

Run a repair on the affected polling engines using the following article:
