"Global NetFlow Sources" can take an excessive amount of time to load when Orion is monitoring a large number of interfaces. By limiting the monitored interfaces to the Orion account (the account used by EOC to poll data) we can improve the page load time. By doing this we are allowing EOC to only poll and monitor interfaces that are of interest to the user

  • In addition if there is a large number of nodes being monitored by Netflow Traffic Analyzer (NTA), the user can improve the load time by limiting the Top XX resources to a smaller number of top entries via the resource edit page.

  • The user can also go to the edit page of the resource and deselect any servers that are not of interest.
