Issue

The CBQoS Drops resource shows "no data" although NTA has been receiving CBQoS data. You can see this message in two cases:

  • There have not been any CBQoS drops during the specified time period.
  • An error might have occurred.

Resolution

To find out what is the cause of the "no data" message:

  1. Consult the CBQoS Drops resource.
  2. Click Edit, select a pie chart, and submit your changes. If you can see policies in the resource table, there have not been any CBQoS drops for the listed classes over the specified time period.
  3. If you cannot see any classes, the message may be caused by an error. For more information, see the KB article "Troubleshooting CBQoS issues".
