Overview

You may find that your Cisco Catalyst 3850 seems to have its CBQoS settings properly configured, and that NTA displays a recent Last Received CBQoS date/time, however the Average and Last Polled Interface Utilization shows 0.00% and the counter data is completely missing. This results in a number of blank charts and graphs with "No Data Available" displayed.  Despite this, the Class Name fields for CBQoS Post-Policy and Pre-Policy Class Maps are populated.
