CBQoS chart is not rendering data

Overview

CBQoS chart does not render data to be displayed even if the timestamp in the NetFlow sources charts updates.

Environment

NTA 4.0 and later

Cause 

The issue is caused by SNMPv1 being set on the device. 

Resolution

  1. Click Settings > Manage Nodes.
  2. Search for the node and select Edit. 
  3. Set SNMPv1 to SNMPv2c.
