Overview

The NTA backups failed. The following error message is received:

 

An error occured during the back up on XXX, error message. The specified directory '\\nas2\SQLBackups\NTAData' doesn't exist.

Environment

NTA 4.x

Cause 

The shared folder is not reachable.

Resolution

Make sure that the shared folder on \\nas2 is reachable even if the Orion server is not logged into it.
