Issue:

Netflow resources on the Web Console fails to load with the error:

ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Web.InformationService.InformationServiceProxy - Source entity [Orion.NetFlow.Source] not found in catalog 
System.ServiceModel.FaultException

Cause:

Incorrect NCM schema files are preventing the NTA schema files from loading properly.

Resolution:

  1. Go to the folder C:\Program Files(86)\Solarwinds\Orion\InfromationService\Schema.
  2. Remove the NCM schema files.
  3. Run the Configuration Wizard to build the new NCM schema files - Running Configuration Wizard.
  4. Verify if the Netflow resources are loading on the Web Console.
