Overview

This article describes how to create a NetFlow view without the Flow Navigator.

Environment

All NTA versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Settings > All Settings > Add New View.
  3. Enter the name of the view, and then select the view type.
Note: Do not select the NTA Summary View as the view type as this will include the NTA Flow Analyzer. It is recommended to select a standard summary view.
  4. Add the resources that contain the required information in the Customize View page.
  5. Click Settings > All Settings > Manage Views.
  6. Select the view and click Edit.
  7. Click + on the column where the resources are to be added.

  8. Select the NTA resources in the middle pane, and then click Add Selected Resources.
Note: Filter the search by clicking the GROUP BY drop-down menu or you can search for a resource in the Search box.
  9. Use the arrow buttons next to the columns to move the resources between the columns.

  10. Click Done.
