Turn On Mobile Admin logging to troubleshoot issues

Overview

This document describes how to turn on Mobile Admin logging to troubleshoot issues.

Environment

All Mobile Admin versions

Steps

  1. On the Mobile Admin home page, go to Configuration > Options > General.
  2. Set the log level to 5.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Restart the Mobile Admin service and log out of Mobile Admin.
  5. Log in to Mobile Admin and reproduce the issue that you are troubleshooting to create the log file.

Notes:

  • The log file can be found in the following folders:
    • c:\program files\rove\mobile admin\logs
    • c:\program files (x86)\rove\mobile admin\logs
  • The file will contain the date in its name.
