The RDP connection to a particular server cannot be established after upgrading from Mobile Admin version 5.1 to version 6.

Mobile Admin 6

Note: This issue has been resolved in Mobile Admin 6 MR1

This is a configuration issue.

  1. Go back to the Mobile Admin home screen.
  2. Select Manage Servers.
  3. Highlight the server experiencing the connection issue, and then select Remove.
  4. Click Add Server and re-add the server.

The RDP connection should now be accessible.
