RDP connection issue after upgrading to Mobile Admin v6

There are cases where the RDP connection to a particular server cannot be access after upgrading from Mobile Admin v5.1 to v6.

Note: This issue has been resolved in Mobile Admin 6MR1


This is a configuration issue.


  1. Go back to the Mobile Admin home screen by selecting Home from the menu.
  2. Select Manage Servers.
  3. Highlight the server where the RDP connection has an issue and then select Remove.
  4. Select Add Server to add the same server.
  5. The RDP connection should now be accessible.
