Unable to access Mobile Admin with single user licenses

Overview

This article addresses the issue where Mobile Admin cannot be accessed by single user licenses. 

Environment

All Mobile Admin versions

Resolution

  1. Uninstall the Mobile Admin server without saving any settings.
  2. Re-install the Mobile Admin server. 
    Note: At the first login, use credentials intended for later use.
  3. Rebuild the server list for the target systems to manage with Mobile Admin.

Notes:

  • Another license can be purchased, and then configured for the new user account. 
  • SID for the account to be used can be found with Mobile Admin, and the Mobile Admin database can be edited to change the SID of the account using the single license.
