Environment

Resolution

Warning: Consult your System Administrator before performing this procedure.

  1. Log in to Windows on the host running Mobile Admin.
  2. Open the registry and key in the the following:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Rove>Mobile Admin OR HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Wow6432Node>Rove>Mobile Admin

   3. Find the string OpenPortsMode and set its value to zero.

   4. Close the registry and restart the Mobile Admin service. This enables connections to the Mobile Admin HTTP port.
