This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when access to Mobile Admin is lost for Single user license. 


All Mobile Admin versions


1. Uninstall the Mobile Admin Server, without saving any settings.

2. Re-install Mobile Admin Server. 
Note: The first login must use whichever credentials you will later use.

3. Rebuild the servers list for the target systems to manage with Mobile Admin.


  • Another license can be purchased and then configure for the new user account. 
  • SID for the account to be used can be found with Mobile Admin, and  then edit the Mobile Admin database to change the SID of the account using the single license.
