Overview

This article explains the location of the LEM user login profile information.

Environment

  • All LEM versions
  • Profile information contains filters (in the Monitor tab), nDepth searches saved and scheduled nDepth searches (in the Explore > nDepth tab)

Detail

Locations of user profile information:

  • When using the web browser to log in to the LEM console, the profile information (filters, nDepth searches saved, scheduled nDepth searches) is contained on the LEM.
    Note: This is only accessible with the assistance of SolarWinds Support personnel.
     
  • When using the AIR-based desktop console application to log in to the LEM, the profile information (filters, nDepth searches saved, scheduled nDepth searches) is contained on the user's computer.
    • Filters - C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\sim.console\Local Store\monitor\filters.xml
    • nDepth saved searches - C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\sim.console\Local Store\nDepth\*.xml
