Users are not logged off when using the Log Off User Action in LEM

Updated October 18, 2016

When using the Log Off User Action in LEM, the user is not logged off from the session unless USB Defender is installed using Run as Administrator.

All LEM versions

USB Defender is not installed or the installation was not Run as Administrator.

Re-install the Agent

  1. Uninstall the currently installed Agent software.
  2. Right click the setup.exe file and select Run as Administrator.
  3. On the USB Defender screen check the box for USB Defender.

NOTE:  The Log Off User action won't work as intended without USB Defender installed.
