Unable to log in to the LEM Console using HTTPS

Overview

The user is unable to log in to the LEM console using HTTPS. The login window shows that it is processing the action, but is inactive. 

Environment

All LEM versions

Resolution

Verify that you are using the full LEM web address when accessing the web console:

  • http://<ip or hostname>:8080/lem/ for non-secure access
  • https://<ip or hostname>:8443/lem/ for secure access

Note: When using IE 11, you can add it to Compatibility View to avoid a slow loading period.
