Licensing your Log & Event Manager deployment is based on:

  • The number of universal nodes (systems running Windows Server or Unix operating systems and non-agent devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls).
  • The number of workstation nodes (systems running Windows and the LEM Agent on desktop systems).

For example, a Log & Event Manager deployment with a LWE250 for LEM30 license, you can add 250 Windows workstation nodes and 30 universal nodes.
