Resubmit a ticket approval in Web Help Desk

Overview

This article provides steps on how to resubmit a ticket approval after it is initially denied or approved.

Environment

Web Help Desk 12.5

Steps

  1. Go to Ticket Details and change the request type to any request type not associated with any approval process.
  2. Under Status and Schedule, click the delete icon next to Approvals.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Go back Ticket Details and change it back to the correct request type with the approval process.
  5. Click Save and E-Mail.
