Overview

To reset the administrator password in LEM 6.3 or higher, please contact SolarWinds customer support.

Environment

LEM version 6.3 or higher

Detail

The ResetAdmin command now requires an additional password that can only be used by SolarWinds Technical Support. To reset the administrator password in LEM 6.3 or higher, please contact SolarWinds customer support.
