Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when reports do not return events, or appear to be missing events after running a report from the Reports Console.

Environment

All LEM versions

Cause

  • There are no events during that time period for that particular report.
  • There is a time sync issue with the LEM appliance.

Resolution

Note: Run a different report to make sure it returns results.

  1. Go to Explore > nDepth in the Web Console and search for the target events for the same time period.
You should be able to look at the events from previously saved reports to find details to search for. If you find results here, but not in Reports, proceed to Step 2.
  2. Verify the time, date, and timezone on the LEM is accurate. See Event results in a report don't show the correct data for that time window.
