Overview

This article provides the location of LEM hotfixes available for download. 

Environment

LEM version 6.2

Steps

There are three different locations you can go to to find and download your hotfix from the Customer Portal. Either from the main HomePage, OR from the Hotfixes Page, OR from the My Downloads page.

 

  1. Login to your Customer Portal.
  2. Once you have logged in, you will see your home page:

 

 

Ways to download:

1. HomePage

Through the list of Latest Downloads For Your Products on your Homepage: Select from the Filter: Hot Fixes. From here you can select the hotfix you would like to download, and click on the Download Button

 

OR 

Either go to the License Management > Hotfixes, OR License Management > My Downloads:

 

2. Hotfixes page

 

 

OR

If you go to License Management > My downloads.
