Overview

This article describes the issue when LEM agent is unable to receive logs from jBoss. 

 

Environment

  • LEM version 6.2
  • Jboss EAP version 6.1

Cause 

This issue occurs when the time format for LEM jBoss connect is not properly patterned. 

Resolution

Change the time format on  jBoss to {MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss,SSS}.
