Overview

When comparing details of a specific event in LEM with the details in the original event from the external source, you notice that the LEM event is missing important information or details that the source event contains.

Environment

All LEM versions

Cause

The connector used to normalize this event needs to be updated.

Resolution

Please contact SolarWinds Support with the following details so we can work with our developers to get the connector updated:

  • A screenshot of the event as it appears in the LEM console
  • A sample log file or exact copy of the text of the event from the source device
