Unable to log into Adobe Air console

Overview

Troubleshooting steps when you are unable to log into Adobe Air Console to the LEM.

Environment

LEM all versions

Detail

  • Verify correct version of the console is installed.
  • Use the host name rather than IP.
  • Port 8443 must not be used.
  • If you are using 8443 you need to accept the certificates.
  • If that fails, go to %appdata% > Roaming > delete sim.console.  This will force the Air Console to act like a fresh install.
