Submit a feature request for LEM

Overview

This article describes how to submit a feature request for SolarWinds LEM.

Environment

All LEM versions

Steps

  1. Go to the THWACK forums for feature requests.
  2. Create a post with the title "FEATURE REQUEST - Name of the Feature Request.”
  3. Add your request details and include the case number.

In these forums, customers can voice their opinions on whether they find certain features useful or not. These forums are monitored by our Product Managers. 

 

You can also call the support desk and request a ticket for your feature request, as well as utilize the Customer Portal to create your ticket. Make sure to indicate Feature Request in the title.  

 

Notes:

  • Developers will decide on whether or not to go ahead with implementation of the feature.
  • Developers will decide on the timeline of the release.
  • Check the Release Notes for your product in the Success Center to see if the feature has been implemented.
