Overview

This article describes how to handle login errors in Crystal Runtime reports.  

Environment

All LEM Reports Console versions

Resolution

To generate the Database Vendor Code, run the Database Maintenance Report and refer to the below articles.

Refer to the following articles to troubleshoot the error.

 

If you are not getting a Database Vendor Code, reinstall the LEM Reports software and Crystal Reports v11 Runtime. You may install the software to another machine to determine if it is a local machine problem or another possible issue.

 

If the error persists, contact SolarWinds Support.
