LEM not loading after applying HotFix 2

This article describes an error which may prevent the LEM Manager from loading after applying a HotFix. 

The following error is displayed in the manager.log file( manager ->watchlog command):

EE:ERR [FileMonitor] {FileMonitor-1:96} EXCEPTION: {}

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/trigeo/util.file/FileChangedEvent


LEM 6.3.1 HotFix 2



The error is caused by not rebooting LEM as needed in the HotFix instructions.



Reboot LEM

  1. SSH to your LEM appliance and log in to the cmc.
  2. Enter appliance.
  3. Enter reboot.
