Overview

This article describes steps on how to get Infoblox DHCP (all types of DHCP) logs into LEM.

Environment

  • Infoblox DHCP appliance
  • All LEM versions

Steps

  1. Enable standard sysloging for Infoblox DHCP service within the appliance  (© 2017 Wikipedia, available at www.wikipedia.com, obtained on March 27, 2017) as standard syslog facility works like this.
  2. Download and install the generic syslog connector.
  3. Manually apply the connector updates using the CMC interface.
