Failed to export reports to PDF after Windows Update KB3102429

The following error appears when trying to export a report to PDF after installing Windows Update from KB3102429, while other report formats are exported successfully:

Failed to export the report.


  • All LEM Reports Console versions
  • All Windows Operating Systems including Windows 8, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 R2
  • Windows Update KB3102429 installed


The is caused by installing the Windows Update KB3102429, which affects the report function in LEM. 


As a workaround, uninstall the Windows Update KB3102429 and reboot.
