This article details how to disable or close HTTP Port 80/8080 for security reasons.

Steps

  1. Connect to your LEM via hypervisor virtual console or SSH. See Use an SSH client to connect to your LEM Appliance.
  2. Go to the Manager menu.
  3. Run togglehttp and follow the prompts.
