Change the email server used by LEM

This article describes how to change the SMTP server address on your LEM appliance.


All LEM versions


  1. Log in to your LEM appliance.
  2. Select Manage > Appliances.
  3. Click the gear icon next to your LEM Manager and select Connectors.
  4. In the Refine Results pane, enter Email Active Response in the search box.
  5. Click the gear icon next to the master tool on the right and select Edit.
  6. Change the Mail Host on the Email Active Response tool form.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click the gear icon and select Start.
    The Status icon changes from grey to green, indicating that the connector is running.
