Keyboard shortcuts for navigating the manager log using showlog

Overview

This article describes how to navigate around the log when using the showlog command in a CMC interface.

Details

The showlog command is essentially a Linux/Unix less command in the CMC interface, so all less keyboard shortcuts and commands should translate over. Here are some examples you can use:

  • Shift-G to go to the end of the file
  • G to go to the top of the file
  • PageUp/PageDown to change pages
  • / to search down
  • ? to search up
  • N for next result
  • Shift-N for previous result
  • Q to quit
