Event details are inconsistent in similar events from the same source with blank fields and information placed in the wrong fields.

This is cause by incorrect parsing from the connector.


In this situation, the connector you are using needs to be updated by SolarWinds to correct the parsing issues. Gather the following items and contact SolarWinds Support:

  • Take a screenshot of the events in question within nDepth.
  • Provide details on specific data and fields that are causing the issue.
  • Provide a raw log file from the source in question:
