Overview

This article details how to copy a user account settings of a console to a different account. The account settings include:

  • Widgets under Ops Centers
  • Filters under Monitor
  • Saved Searches under nDepth

Environment

All LEM versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the user account whose settings you need to export.
  2. Go to Manage > Appliances, click the gear icon, and choose Export User Settings. Save the file locally.
  3. Create a new browser tab and log into LEM using the account receiving the settings.
  4. Go to Manage > Appliances, click the gear icon, choose Import User Settings.
  5. Locate the saved file and import.
