Event details are displaying under the wrong field in nDepth

This article describes the issue when after completing an nDepth search, you see some data that should be displayed under a different field name.


  • All versions of LEM 
  • All versions of LEM Desktop Console 


This issue occurs when there's a version mismatch of your LEM Desktop Console and the LEM virtual appliance.


  1. Click SolarWinds Log and Event Manager logo in the top-left corner to verify your Console version.
  2. Check if it matches the version of the appliance.
  3. Go to the listed version under Manage > Appliances.
