Overview

This article describes the issue when connectors windows for the manager or any node is blank and you are unable to add any new connectors. All connectors are missing. 

Environment

All versions of LEM 

Cause

This issue may occur due to a power outage or improper shutdown has corrupted a system file.

Steps

Please contact SolarWinds Support to restore the corrupted system file.
