Configure the Windows Task Scheduler Connector

Overview

This article explains how to configure a Windows Task Scheduler connector to function properly on a Windows node.

Environment

All versions of LEM

Steps

  1. Add a registry key.
        a. Open Registry editor on the Node/agent machine (Regedit.exe).
        b. Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog.
        c. Right-click EventLog > New Key.
        d. Find name Key
    Microsoft-Windows-TaskScheduler/Operational.

2. On the Node: Add a connector.
  a. On the LEM console, click Manage > Nodes > GearIcon > Connector.
      b. Find Microsoft Windows Task Scheduler.
    c. Select the GearIcon > New connector.
