Change Disabled by Administrator prompt for a disabled account

Overview

This article provides information about disabling an account and instead of receiving the prompt  Disabled by administrator, you receive the specified syntax of your choice. 

Environment

LEM version 6.2

Steps

  1. Go to Build > Rules > User Account Modification.
  2. Delete the line that has the Disabled by Administrator.
  3. Save rule.
  4. Go to Build > Groups > search for User Account Modification.
  5. Click the gear beside and choose Edit.
  6. Add your preferred syntax to be displayed in the email message.  
  7. On the bottom left, add in User.
  8. Click on the Plus sign and drag it over to the email template.
  9. Go back to Rule and drag over SourceAccount for the User variable in the Actions box.
