Cause 

Data Execution Prevention is enabled and the Reports Console is not included.

Resolution

Several options are available:

  • Disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP) if it is not necessary.
  • Add an exception for the Reports Console to DEP.
  • Run on a server that does not have DEP enabled.
